@SanJoseMA pls dont get me wrong, but its just that in a sport like soccer theres so much to master, speed, agility, endurance, and yes strength is needed (you dont see it in BIG pro games, but for young players coming up its definitely one of the ruthlessly dirty sport there is which means higher risk of career ending injuries) not to mention learning mastery over the ball with EVERY part of your body except your arms, the most naturally coordinated part. and EVERY player must have ALL.

@SanJoseMA i played football in highschool and alot of my friends seriously went into it, but my main sport was soccer growing up which ive been to youth development programs in pro clubs in brazil like Oscar, Alec, and Internazionale Milano for three years. i quit now after my over 10 years of soccer and decided the sport i REALLY want to get into is boxing... its not intimidation or insecurity, but more of rather not wanting to acknowledge footballers as "athletes" to the same standard.

7 days a week 2 times a day? Pro bodybuilders don't workout that much. I'm thinking most of those workouts don't involve lifting weights. No one could recover from that.

I like tutrles

you can't say that either way unless you see it in real life. what you said is just speculation that you're supporting by saying most lifters are like that
-
Well it doesnt matter when faced with a double edged sword
man you guys are fucking stupid - how about actually going to gym and trying to put on weight and then comment...you obviously don't know jack shit about lifting
he's trying to put on weight, get stronger etc. If he wanted to look jacked, all he would need is cardio for two weeks, maybe three. Its a lot easier to look cut than putting on weight thats for sure

That's because we don't train for that. I hate how these insecure, intimidated endurance athletes or fighters say we can't move, we dont have this or we dont have that, ITS DIFFERENT TRAINING FOR DIFFERENT PURPOSE!
