A few poses/asanas for a HEALTHY & HAPPY BACK... for relief of slight pain, added mobility, a little peace & relaxation. These poses are very important & I would definitely recommend practicing them everyday. Anytime your low back is acting up lie down & move throw a few "pelvic rockings."
