from what i can tell the surgeries are for the nose bridges... the tips of the noses are fine, but the bridges or lack of a defined bridge tend to make the face look flatter--but apparently it's a very subtle thing. lol.

You dudes already know that having surgery is a crime against heaven. Surgery is required to people who had history of burns, skin cancer, even soldiers who lost their legs is required for surgery. For the sake of economy, you can do surgery as much as you like as long as you have money.
