Tesco.com IT's development language of choice is C# and Microsoft.Net.

In this short video about us made by Microsoft we show how we've been able to use C# for mobile devices too - including the driver's handheld PC familiar to most Tesco.com customers today.

This video was produced in 2003. Since then we have moved on to embrace the latest versions of Microsoft.Net and Visual Studio 2005.

We run the entire shopping services on Windows Server 2003 with C#-coded web applications and web services with SQL 2005 databases.
