This is the safest way to run a boat on land. Absolutely certain not to suck air as long as you have a hose refilling the barrel. Muffs just don't provide enough especially on this outdrive where the fit isn't flat. I drilled a half inch hole near the bottom on the barrow and used a rubber plug at the bottom to drain it. Far too heavy to tip drain.
