Myth busters on TV already proved bullets dont travel very far under water!..in fact its impossible to even shoot someone even with a 50 cal who is only 4-6 ft under water in a swimming pool!...you wont get a bullet to travel through all those balloons!.....nice idea though!

Next time do it in full sun in the middle of the day, The lighting here is terrible having the balloons at the edge of the shadow of the house next door.
