Scotty Dog

A humorous commercial produced for Rational Animal &The Mayor's Alliance of New York urging viewers to help control the pet population through speying and neutering of their animals. The commercial satirizes the James Bond movies as Scotty the dog finds himself "neither shaken or stirred" in a high tech operating room, which he believes is "definitely the work of Q." He assures the lady dogs that even after his operation, "it will still be like old times for us." Then he observers while looking down from atop a high table that "Seems I have risen to the occasion, but can't get down."
