I have seen at least 5 MTH 20-3047-1 NYC Niagaras listed for auction on eBay in the past 2 months, including 2 in unrun condition. If you haven't found one yet, a C-8 MTH Niagara is currently listed on eBay.

Quick question--does the tender carry a real coal load as opposed to a plastic molded-in piece? The Lionel Niagara's coal is plastic, which is disappointing given its exclusive status (i.e., sold only to Century Club members). Thanks for any input.

It's a real coal load, as it is on all MTH Premier steamers.
