http://www.mrsupplement.com.au - Wide Grip Lat Pulldown Technique - Contrary to popular belief, the wider grip in this exercise will actually work more the upper back rather than the lats. Make sure the motion is nice and smooth and squeeze the shoulder blades together to really hit the target muscles. Avoid going too heavy and swinging or not going to full range of motion.
