That explains why I didn't see it open. I went to one of Mystic's awesome ice cream shops during the Spring of last year just before Memorial Day. The port didn't look very busy.

yes it opens every freaken hour.. EVERY HOUR!! lol can you tell I live there =0P.. it only does that during the summer season. It only opens when needed during nonbusy seasons. But it usually opens every 20 of the hour.

Does the bridge open a lot? I went to Mystic once last year and didn't see it open at all.
