Here I go through how I marked out the hinges, drilled the holes, and then assembled toe two pieces together to ensure that the pieces work smoothly without binding.

  • Using those two hinges introduces some 'slop'. My first tracker had those and I have since changed to a one piece 'piano' hinge that is cut to span the entire width of the boards.

    Good job and where's Part III?
