@danielscissorhands well, this is just going from the book again: Joey went into a mental hospital for a few weeks to get treatment for his OCD but he also told his brother that he had been hearing voices. When he left the hospital they gave him a diagnosis and it did mention mild or moderate schizophrenia. You're right though, he does appear fine in all the interviews I've seen him in too. But while he was still living with his mother they weren't sure if he'd ever really function on his own

@owsleythebear Oh, really? Well, maybe you are right...? I dunno. But it doesn't really sound British to me. His brother also apparently said in his book that Joey had schizophrenia. But I really doubt Joey was schizophrenic. If he was, it must have been pretty mild schizophrenia. I've seen lots of interviews with him, and he did not seem schizo at all. What do you think re the schizophrenia?

@danielscissorhands There's a part in his brother's book about him that literally mentioned his 'feigned British accent' that he used on the debut album
Johnny, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck fsajfksdkf :Q___
