The Quests (Singapore) - Wonderful Land

The QUESTS from Singapore playing "Wonderful Land" on stage, a tribute to The Shadows.

From "Thanks For The Memories" Dinner Show, 3rd of Sept, 1989, at the Neptune Theatre.

Reggie Verghese plays the lead guitar, Jap Chong the rhythm guitar, Henry Chua the bass and Lim Wee Guan is on drums. With some help from a keyboardist in the background.

This was a reunion of the early instrumental QUESTS line-up of 1964 to 1967. ["Shanty" and "Don't Play That Song (You Lied) fame.]

In the early 60's, The QUESTS were heavily influenced by The Shadows and The Ventures.

The QUESTS - the greatest band in the history of Singapore/Malaysia Pop Music.
