  • I have a Craftsman 15gal, 15.-3hp compressor (it says "3hp max development") - will a compressor of this size provide enough air to run a gravity feed hvlp gun like this? I am not opposed to using a pressure pot rather than a gravity feed, does that require a more powerful compressor? I would only be using this for small(er) jobs, at most a door, one side at a time, or motorcycle fenders / gas tanks.

  • @TheAndel99 shop

  • video it very helpful. Thanks

  • @Hody491 It probably wouldn't be a bad idea if you are worried about your material "fish eying." Fish Eying basically means that you are spraying a solvent base material and water from the airless goes into your gun via the air line. This causes little craters in the final product where the material separates away from the water causing the little fish eye like craters to appear. So to prevent this we use air dryers on all conventional setups that use a compressors.

  • Hi!

Where can I bye this Product???

  • Extremely well done! Thank you very much! Do the gravity fed sprayers need an air drier attached to the air hose before being attached to the sprayer?

  • Great vid thanks

  • Good job on the video thanks for posting
