@dabomb2003 - Everyone knows that Minardi's lack of competetive performance was because of their small budget. They were a tiny team and everyone recognised them as such. But they were well liked in the paddock and a valuable asset in Formula 1. Minardi was a good way for rookies to get a drive, just look at what Alonso, Webber and Fisi have achieved in their F1 careers. They all started at Minardi.

I remember this race like it was yesterday. I was so happy for Mark, but more for Minardi. They were awesome.

@Shumacher5 Hamilton is the most lucky piece of shit ever. He should have got the first driver seat in Torro Rosso in 2007!

It's a shame Mark had such bad luck between 2002 and 2009 with horrible cars that broke down more often than they worked. Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel, consider yourself lucky, you never had to work to get a good car!

he only finished 5th because of the huge crash on the first corner of the first lap that wiped out half the field. there should have been a red flag, but they only deployed the safety car, so no one was allowed to get into a backup car.
still a great drive in a shit car.

@EpicF1CrashChannel Yeah you are a tard

I'd like to see you finish 5th in an F1 race, then?

@thierr8391 They didn't quit F1, they couldn't afford to run it, hence why Red Bull bought it and renamed it Scuderia Toro Rosso.

@EpicF1CrashChannel Imagine HRT finishing on the podium this year, it would be like a miracle. They are like 5 seconds slower than everyone else.
