I totally agree with this review. There are parts in the movie that were good, but it never did explore all the hard work it takes to really get good at your craft. To me it seemed as if a lot of people went to a school, they were told they sucked, there was nothing to show them getting better, and in the end for some reason they all had main parts in the senior performance. Just HOW did it happen? No one knows.

It doesn't even follow the basics of a good movie. No build up or climax, etc

The guy making the review sounds like hes fat, and doesnt know doesn't know shit about dance. U shouldnt be reviewing something u know nothing about, go be food probably suits u better. The was a lot of talent in this video let me see u try some of that. Im sure u cant.

Kiddos, the review's right.  Through time, things are getting faker and faker... and FAKER.

WATCH THE ORIGINAL, and you'll be SHOCKED. It is simply a different story. Thing is, these days? we're used to instant gratification. Click-link-NO TOO SLOW!-I'm leaving!... and that's how this remake feels. It has to feel that way, because we'd just... nvm.

The original Fame is realistic, with pain, and kids who... oh nvm, I need sleep.

Just quit it, you kids! Get offa my lawn too... lol.

Dude your review was point on I spent money to see this being a fan of the TV series and the original movie. i wanted my money back, lame ass song and dance, can't compare.

the movie was meh at best for me.

i enjoyed it but it didn't have a lot of heart.

it had bland characters, unoriginality all the way through, and it was WAY too fuckin short.

i do want to see the original though.

i never saw the 1st Fame so i can't compare but i thought he had a good point that it didnt really go into the hard work the people go thru. i still liked the movie for what it was
