Hugo House Celebrity Spelling Bee, Clip II.

In this video, Jerry Holkins (Tycho of Penny Arcade) gives John Roderick (The Long Winters) an excellent word to spell "sepulchre". Sylla Belle makes an offer to motivate John and the hilarity ensues.

Richard Hugo House held their First Annual Local Celebrity Spelling Bee on September 15th, 2011. It was an evening of spelling (and misspelling!), fundraising and celebrating Richard Hugo House. But this was no ordinary bee, it was done Seattle-style with a twist.

If a contestant spelled a word correctly, he or she moved to the next round. If a contestant misspelled a word, it was up to the audience to "bribe" the judges with a donation to allow them to continue through! All of the monies raised went directly to the good works at Hugo House!
