Synopsis:
At short notice Akira discovers that The Scottish Water Board is putting small parcels of land up for auction. She is sure that no-one else knows about her discovery that one of these plots is on the Isle of Skye. The land is very cheap. Akira is determined to acquire it against all the odds but she hadn't accounted for the unusual turn of events.
