I glare at Cody as he walks closer to us, but before I could say a word Selena jumps at him, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt and lifts him off the ground. "What do want? Haven't you done enough already you little bas--"

"Selena!" I yell at her. "Put him down. If he wants to come over here and start something, I'll deal with him."

Selena drops him to the ground and stomps back over to Nick's side. He chuckles at her outburst and whispers in her ear. "You're sexy when get mad."

Selena giggles, and jabs him in the chest. I turn my attention back to Cody, who is standing himself back up.

"What do you want?"

"I need to talk to you. . ." He looks at everyone else. "Alone."

"Anything you need to say to me, you can say in front of everyone else. So, what do you want?"

Cody sighs and brushes the dirt off his shirt. "I just want to say that I was sorry about the other day, for well... you know."

"You mean kissing her!" Joe butts in.

"Joe," I place my hand on his chest, telling him to calm down. Then I turn back to Cody. "You think that I will just forgive you? Honestly, whom do you take me as? That same girl you knew so very long ago. I'm not going to forgive you so easily."

"I know that Demi. And I do not want you to forgive me so easily. I just want you know that I am sorry, and that, if you would give me a chance. I want us to friends again, just friends. That is all I am asking, not even close friends. I just do not want you or any of you, to hate me anymore. Please just--"

I smile and hug him. "When you're serious you start to babble. So I know you're telling the truth." I pull away from him.

"Ugh..." His face turns red and turns away from me. "Umm... Yeah so good luck today during the game. Glad to have you back."

I laugh, "Cody come over here."

"Huh?" I pull him back over to the others.

"I think you and Joe need to have a talk."

Cody nods and looks over at Joe, who looks confused.

"Demi," Joe looks at me. "Are you really forgiving him, just like that?" I nod. "You think I can just forgive him, with everything he has done to you, to us?"

"Joe..."

"Demi, I don't think I can just forgive him like that. I need time, he needs to prove it to me. Dems," He pulls me into his arms. "I just don't want to lose you again. I really don't want it to be because of him"

"Joe, you won't lose me. I love only you. Always and forever."

He smiles at me. "Yeah I know." He pulls away from me, and looks at Cody who standing awkwardly in front of us. I feel myself blush a little but.

"Look Joe, I know you hate me. I total understand that. I am not going to try to steal Demi from you. And I think to benefit us both; we should try our best to friends, for Demi's sake."

Joe nods, "Yeah your right, even though I don't want to admit it, but your right." He smiles. "Besides, we need you to win today's game anyways."

I smile, "Yup together the three of us," I look over at Nick and give him a wink. "Can--"

"Hey! Don't try to make a heartwarming speech at the end of the story without me!" We turn around to see Taylor and all of his glory running over to our group, waving his hands in the air.

I giggle and correct myself. "Make that the FOUR of us together, make the perfect team."

"Yeah!" We all yell, while doing a fist pump in the air.
(Haha. Kidding, back up to the perfect team thing.)

Our coach yells for us to join the rest of team, so... Joe, Nick, Taylor, Cody, and I run over to them. However, in the distance I can hear Selena and Miley yelling after me.

"DEMI, GO KICK SOME SOCCER ASS FOR US!"

Don't worry guys; I plan on it. . .
