I don't know the game but I think the best answer is Nh2. Then Nf1, Ng3, Nh5 Nf6. Black can't do nothing. H4 will be a move for white, creating other weakness on the king side
My humble guess is Ne1 to manouver it up to the nice square on c5 where it attacks both of black's weak pawns. I'll know in a few days - I was so impressed with dvds 1 & 2 that I just bought vols 3-12 in one shot!

At 1:05 Rc3 does more than just prepare Rc1 - it prepares Nxg5 because of Rg3. So in a way it is both positional and tactical isn't it ?!
