Discovering A Dream: Chapter 32 Part 1

Nick's POV

"So boys, how's the tour going?" the interviewer asked, in a strong German accent.
"Well, this is the first day and so far it's going great." Kevin answered, always managing to sound neutral. If there was a problem, he wouldn't let on.
"I've always wanted to visit Germany." I added, for the fans.
"Where's next on your stop?"
"France is next, we're hoping to see the Eiffel Tower." Joe grinned.
"How about your personal lives?" the interviewer asked, mischievously. "Anybody special in your life Joe?"
"Uhh, yeah there is actually. We get along great." he answered, not commenting further.
"How about you Kevin? I noticed you're not wearing your usual purity ring"
"It got scratched from playing guitar." he lied, effortlessly. "This is my new one." he explained, flashing the ring quickly.
"Nick? Any lucky lady in your life?" he asked, finally.
"There's always gonna be that special someone in my life." I admitted. "But right at this moment, I'm single." I finished. I was single, it just sounded so weird saying it aloud. Admitting to it.
"Well, that's it folks, tune in tomorrow for more TV Total."

The interviewer gave a last smile towards the camera before we finished filming, thanked us for being there, and wandered back into his dressing room. Drama queen!

We were finally heading to the Hotel, and I couldn't wait to collapse face forward onto a fluffy pillow - hopefully one with a free mint! We pulled up outside and it was pretty dark, but the photographers flashes illuminated the pathway inside. Looks like news spread that we were staying here, I wonder how that stuff gets around?

"Nick, Kevin, Joe!" somebody yelled. "Look over here! Smile for the camera!" he teased.
"Boys, inside." Big Rob whispered, as he barged his way through the masses, us safely following behind.

We didn't really have time for photographs, we'd been on a 14 hour flight, and straight to an interview. Jet lag was obviously involved. You'd think by now we'd be used to it, but it never gets old. Guests stared as we walked through the lobby, our eyes drowsy for more sleep, and a mass of people surrounding us.

"I can't wait to sleep." Joe sighed, leaning his head against the wall of the elevator.
"Can you hold on until we reach the room." Mom asked.
"Hmmm." Joe mumbled back.

The elevator reached the Penthouse and we all searched for rooms to collapse into. Then we slept.

*The Next Day*

"Boys! Wake up, you're on air with Ryan Seacrest in 20 minutes!"
"I'm up!" I yelled, falling from the bed. Last night seemed to have passed quickly, and I'd woken up way too soon.
"I mean it!" Mom yelled. "You have sound check today for your first concert! Move it or lose it!"
"I'm up!" I called back again, shuffling into the bathroom to shower.

Concert tonight, France tomorrow. Boy this rock star life was amazing. I finished brushing my teeth and wandered into Kevin's room.

"Hey Kev are you...."
"Yeah, I love you too. I miss you so much." he gushed, chuckling along.

One guess who was on the receiving end of that phone call. Hayley! He was talking to Hayley. My throat felt tight, but I shrugged it off. That's the beauty of having two brothers, if one was busy, you always had an....

"Good morning, although to you I s'pose it's Goodnight." he laughed, smiling broadly.

Well, this sucked. I knew in the back of my mind I could grab my phone and call Riley, but I didn't want to bother her. After all, she owed me nothing.

Aww, poor Nicky.

My question of the day: (Kinda personal, don't feel the need to answer.) Are you guys virgins? If not, when did you lose it, if so when do you wanna lose it?
