wanted to include this, it goes before that bit, and puts it in context.
"First of all, the densho and makimono were not written by Hatsumi sensei, these are densho and makimono that were written by Takamatsu sensei. Among the densho that Hatsumi sensei received from Takamatsu sensei we find the writing of Ishitani sensei who was one of Takamatsu sensei’s three masters"
the interview was with kwoon... a google search turns it up.

even Kacem the historian in the bujinkan's pocket said :

hatsumi isn't sure if he has a direct transmission, or something hobbled together from prodigious amounts of research and great martial technique.

not just the attacks... but the entire list of logical fallacies to boot...
i thought it was funny that despite a 10 minute video he didnt actually prove anything wrong... OR prove his own case with evidence...
just more claims that people have seen the scrolls and thought they were real....
i have never heard of any testing done to authenticate any of them.... hatsumi wont allow it....

I'm not a fan of Dean's personality or anything.
I don't doubt he makes attacks on people.
But I an open minded to the discussion of Ninjutsu.
