as long as bettman is in charge nhl hockey will never return to hartford, the nhl would be alot better off without bettman, the whalers played to over 90% capacity but bettman had it in for them yet phoenix plays to just over 60% and bettman tries to keep them there, and you wonder why hockey has lost fans, bring back hartford, quebec, and winnipeg
