Side by side videos of The Who filmed 27 years apart. Things get a little off about half way through, but amazingly line back up again for the finale. I find it astounding that they can play this song nearly identically over a 30 year spread.

Technology is crazy! Very cool. Check out my channel if you can. The Dirty Cricks cover Fooled Again too and the guitar player converts the synth to guitar. You have to see it. Such a cool sound.

they are playing to a midi synchronizer that's why they are so in sync. This is one the greatest rock songs ever written IMHO.

this may have been said already, but the really impressive part is that in '78, the synth was on tape, and in '05 it was played live by the stage keyboardist. daltrey and townshend have said that they hated when the synth was on tape, because they couldn't break away from it. and now that they can, the song is still virtually the same.
