The guy at 1:58 isn't Dante, although he bears a peculiar resemblance to him. His name is K' (K Dash) and he's from "The King Of Fighters" series. And I'm positive that 1:20 is Arcueid, which is my favourite anime girl! I just hadn't seen a chibi version of her till now. :)
