About the speaker:
On 14 July 2009, former Polish Prime Minister, Jerzy Buzek, was elected President of the European Parliament. Among the first Polish MEPs to be elected to the European Parliament following Poland's accession to the EU in 2004, Jerzy Buzek has been involved in many of the European Parliament's key legislative dossiers. In 2006, he was awarded 'MEP of the Year' by Parliament Magazine for his work in the European Parliament on scientific research and technology. His election as President of the European Parliament is of particular significance, as it marks the first national of an Eastern European Member State to chair an institution of the EU.

The point is if you don't vote the way the political classes in Europe want you to vote your vote is ignored. You know and I know the majority of Europeans are against Lisbon. My grandfather fought in the civil war his uncle in the war of independence all as we are asked to do is safeguard the democratic voice they made such great sacrifice for us to have. Vote NO- Fuck the greedy power hungrey elites of Europe right up their hairy asses.

It's a question of democracy or lack of in the E.U. The democratic view of the French people was ignored then the Dutch as well as all the other people of the E.U. how were not even consulted knowing full well it would have resulted in a NO vote. The democratic will of the Irish people was ignored first time round this time in order to reestablish democracy for all the people of Europe the democratic will of the people must stand. Vote "NO".
