@johnnecron You're wrong. Theda made her last film in 1926 and talkies appeared the following year.

@PlayIt4MeAgainSam Jean co-starred with Theda in the 1915 film "The Two Orphans", one of the few films in which Theda didn't play a vamp, but an heroine. The image belongs to that film.

In a tribute by Internet, I've had the chance of seeing a photo of Theda taken in 1951, four years before her death. Though she was 66, she still remained beautiful and continued showing the mystery and the exotism that she had on screen.

Theda was one of the most beautiful and exotic actresses in cinema history. It's too bad that she never made a talkie or that most of her films are lost. She was amazing!
