  • Good idea! I never thought of searching YouTube for dogs herding/chasing/hunting sheep--thanks for the info. I'll spread the word to those who may be interested.

  • A corgi, Aussie, border collie, Jack Russell, GS, Cattle Dog, and on and on (I've seen them all)), often will behave the same as titan the Rottweiler upon their first introduction to sheep . . . Anyway, thanks for the comments.

  • Thats not herding, thats chasing/ hunting. Just search youtube for dogs herding sheep if you dont know what a sheep herding should look like..

  • @bump909 Thank you for your intelligent contribution. If you care to look at my rottweiler herding video you might get an idea of what I am talking about.

  • That rottweiler was not herding ,it was chasing the sheep with the intention of eating it. For a dog to herd there must be a balance between dog handler and sheep.

  • Enjoyed Watching!

  • How Cool!! I am trying to find a local place to bring our family border collie. I know he'd just love it!!
