no i used the command line, but i figured it out i just installed Ubuntu Desktop and i am running it like that. Thanks though this Linux stuff is confusing

What are you using for your screencast? I see you have a Celeron, but your CPU usage is at ~ 30% even at 1080p. I've tried ffmpeg, but even that seems to take a lot.
