Filipino Game Show 'Wows' Hawaii Fans

It's part game show, part entertainment. It's the Filipino version of NBC's hit game show "Deal or No Deal." "Wowowee" is the most popular game in the Philippines, and it's taken its act on the road making a stop here in Hawaii Saturday evening.

It was supposed to start at 7 pm, but didn't get going until almost 9 pm. Rain and some technical difficulties slowed things down, but nothing could dampen the fans' spirits.

Aloha Stadium is the only place to be if you're a fan of "Wowowee."

"Proud to be Pinoy!" said Marie Gazman, a fan who flew over from Lahaina, Maui.

"This time mostly Filipino. I think all Filipinos in Hawaii are here," said Myrna Pasicaran, a fan from Waipahu.
