Okay, yes I do own the space...but this one isn't mine...it's Sprawl's.
This space is so awesome, it only seems fitting to capture a video of an impromptu party among friends

This space is by nDreams, the creators of Xi and the people who brought you the Pirate Galleon personal space. They have yet again raised the bar on personal spaces. This one is as big and complex as any public space. I wish it could hold more than 12 people at a time 8( - guess it will always seem a bit empty.

it has an upstairs that reminds me of the music cafe in Japan Home...and the size and layout is very similar to SingStar, with a stage like Guitar Hero at the center.

You get the Disco pack as part of the space purchase (£3.99 btw) There is an embedded Musicality Store where you can buy tee-shirts that unlock the rock and r&b packs. you can also buy disco floor construction set ( a little like the na home disco floors).

i haven't quite figured out the game yet (everyone who plays gets a tee-shirt too!) but i will soon. the space is NOT region locked, so you can get your friends in Europe to invite you over for a party!

the green lasers are an animated item for sale in the North American home furniture store (or maybe it was loot), but it is for sale 8)
