Excellent recipe. I just watched a roasted almond video where the recipe called for a cup of brown sugar. Talk about destroying a healthy food with poison. I commented to them that a quick saute in EVCO (extra virgin coconut oil) and cinnamon and a little local honey is both delicious AND healthy. Thanks for this healthy recipe can't wait to try.

I live in an Arab nabe outside Paris and the almonds here are abundant. I think I can save money but spicing them myself with your method here.
