Haaaa! Both my boy cats have done this but it`s always on my duvet. My old cat used to do it on my leg, arm, whatever. I`d wake up with his butt in my face while he rubbed one out on my shoulder in the night XD I miss that guy!

My cat gets on a large stuffed fish toy and kneads it for ages. He loves it. While he's doing that he'll do little thrusting movements with his hips!! It's especially unnerving when he looks you deep in the eye while he's doing this. It's all so innocent though and kind of endearing.
By the way it's Kendan here and wanted to say that I hope you're doing well and keep on keeping on you good thing!!!

LOL! I know exactly what you mean and actually I thought that was what it was as well... for about a month.
however, it is a bit different than the usual lovable kneading... and after a lil' chat with my vet for their last checkup... she clarified a way to check so the next time he did it, his lil' bad habit was confirmed. O.o
