@narn9 No that's an engineer reparing the UEF commander. This entire battle barely even reached T2 (you'll see just a few T2 units near the end)

@narn9 Actually I think my memory failed me. In fact it's the ACU upgrading (his gun) with an engineer assisting. It's been a while!
