A 10m HDMI cable doesn't carry a full signal 10m. The cable was ATC 1.3 certified, so if the "approved testing center" was any good, the cable should have been able to carry a 720p signal ten meter. As data sources, I've tried my PS3, my motherboard's onboard Radeon HD3200, and an MSI N210. The PS3's signal is the most stable; It has no up-down wobble like in this video. The signal shown here is driven by the MSI N210. My motherboard's onboard HD3200 provides the worst signal, which wobbles, and even seems to shift by subpixels, causing discoloration. I've got an impedance balancer on the TV end of things, but it doesn't seem to help much.
