@chiefYFC I am practising Headspin about 3 months I can do about 20 rounds. Now I.am trying from barrel to headspin but i always lose my balance :/
-
Can anyone put up a tutorial or something?
I dont know why but when ever i try to go onto my shoulder i end up going into like a shoulder spin loool. I can hardly get my head on the ground, i think my shoulder is the only thing stopping me from getting them.

@chiefYFC i agree with you i knew very good windmill and from thes second day practising barrel mills i made six clean :D barrel mills are very easy

They are easy to learn.
It takes about 1 week if you know basic windmill .
Headspin is hard becouse you have to practise a lot.
-
damn.. got the height! just need to make it more smooth and get more speed!
Thats some tight shit man. I got some questions.
Would you rate the barrel mills as hard to learn??
How long did it take you??
And..
Would u rate headspins as hard to learn??
How long did it take you??
Keep it up man, nice.

@CanYuFeelDaBeatt Barrels didn't take me as long as regular no-handed mills did. In fact, once you get the flow of getting more momentum in your windmills, barrels aren't hard at all. I would say it takes a few weeks to nail some decent barrels, but then again, it also depends on how much you practice.
Headspins are hard when you start, but they get easier as you progress. Can't say how long it takes, but putting all practice together, it took me about 3 months total to get at where I am now.

dope barrels, try starting from standing, that always gives you more momentum. but really, it just all you, just keep doing them and theyll eventually become faster and better. thats all. and you should try holding onto your fingers, just a thing i though i should say, you don't have to.
peace.

Thanks man, I'll definately give it a try. You're right, standing gives a lot more momentum, but it's just harder to control when starting the mill.
