Lets Play Parasite Eve 2 (PSX) - Pt.51: Exploring The Neo Arc

I realize the door leading out of the room with the power generator is locked, so I head back to the lobby. Once i get there the computer tells me to take the north passage. Once I'm on the north route through this place I'm attacked by some kind of monster that I haven't encountered before. I find what might be another puzzle and jot it down. And I also fight quite a few of those water monsters.

I got stuck after the giant electic fish thing since I ran out of amo ( and mp ) for my m4, and had to use the crappy flashlight pistol. I also have my shotgun but it's so hard to dodge after firing it.
