how I could sinc my contact from Outlook directly to my pre??.. is it that posible at all???... does palm has program for the pre like the itunes???

Just because there are contact fields for other IM programs doesn't mean the Pre will ever have internal support for those. My Palm Treo has fields for AIM, MSN, Yahoo and ICQ. It's just another contact field.

Does the Pre do groups for text messaging or email out of the box? For example if I had a "Coworkers" group or category, can I send text messages or emails to the whole category automatically without having to add them one by one?

So what if a contact of yours has different names in facebook and google? (Example: Jon Smith vs. Jonathan Smith) Will the Pre be able to tell it's the same contact and merge them together?

this is the coolest most original "feature" ive seen on the palm pre, apart from everything else its copied from the iphone os.
