well i got alot of PMs saying if i can upload a tutorial to make a MapleStory Movie with Macromedia Flash or Adobe Flash (well, its the same).
However, this video shows how to make a MS movie in 31 Steps, please pay alot of attention if you wanna learn to make a MS movie

i know this video is old and madness surely improved in animating. i just want to ask at 12fps 3frames per move is it too slow which make it choppy?
