The billionaires shouldn't be able to play in pro games, they have nothing to lose, they constantly bully pre flop, and then they do shit like this, the billionaires should have a separate league and play for charity, it must be boring playing poker knowing there is no risk, this had the potential to be a key moment in televised poker history, and it was spoilt, he should have at least played the hand and then give him a refund off air if he felt that bad.

This is bullshit. Stuff like this destroys all excitement in watching poker. They guys are already getting tons of endorsements from advertisement and tv, and shit - and then these "acts of mercy"... eugh... the name of the game is win it or lose it. Period.

35% chance means He'll won (very) roughly 430,000 out of that pot. A loss of 170,000++ out of his bet. I don't know how much was the pot he gave up, but definitely it can't be more than that.

@EFRANEED Including a million dollar buy in tournament at the 2012 WSOP he organized where $111,111 of each goes to charity.

@MrSumantot He let Benyamine off the hook. Guy is a billionaire and that 600k meant a lot more to Benyamine than it did to him so he did him a favor.

This is disrespect to poker... it's all i have to say

if it hit another clubs it's not over for guy but if it hit another king or five it's over for benyamine. he could not take that risk well deal by guy i think..

@WithCompany if you were in that situation, and you could go broke after the next two cards, oh yeah, you would be weak as fcuk!
they're talking about 600,000 in cash, my friend, heheeh so i wouldn't mind to be weak in this situation, Benyamine made a right decision, since Guy is being so nice, he would not care to lose the pot, the guy is a freaking multi-millionaires. I would call this "FUN" :P
but people have their own opinion , right, so you could be a big gambler hehe :)
He just gave away $120k based on the negative expected value of that settlement. Why give it to Benyamine? Give it to charity. Or give it to a stripper. Give it to a stripper named Charity. Fuck.

moral of the story: if you don't want to play for $600,000 stacks, don't bring a $600,000 stack to the table
