The most important nature reserve in Kenya, the Massai Mara, is an untouched grassy plain that seems to reach far beyond the distant horizon.
This nature reserve is one of the most animal-rich places in the world and over half a million gazelle roam the magnificent plains of the savannah. It is also well known for its black-mane lions.
The Mara River is the lifeline of this fascinating park and amazing world of wildlife.
Each year the migration of wildebeests within the Massai Mara is considered to be among the most beautiful natural spectacles on the African continent. Indeed, the diversity of its wild animals and amazing natural scenery make it one of the most attractive wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya.
