@R3dTigerM40A3 Indeed basicly it is the man that proves something not the style. But you have to admit today there are Thai Boxers that are participating in K1. They do not need to practice other styles.
On the other hand black belts in Karate and TKD take Muy Thai classes to be able to stand longer then 30 seconds in the K1 ring. All blackbelt K1 fighters that are still alive admited that they had to take Muy Thai classic lessons.

@zxfool2 lol cung le was the best fighter ever in the k-1..he was taekwondo and sanda fighter..no muay thai,then quited and buakaw is now the champ

@zxfool2 True that, but still. It isn't the best Martial Art. Neither is Taekwondo or Karate or Jiu Jitsu or any other arts.

@ToyGenius Muy Thai does not know defat in K1 from any other style. All other styles practice Muy Thai to be able to win in K1.

@hotpopcorncake Did i ever say i can beat a pro boxer when i'm just an Intermidiate martial artist? And Cung Le was born in Saigon South Vietnam [It says on wiki] well duh! And yes, there are more Karate fighters. But it's still not the best art. Neither is TKD, Muay Thai, Kickboxing or Jiu Jitsu or whatever. Lots of fighters beat one another. There is NO best art. You may have your opinion. But anyones opinion isnt my business.
