  • That's because you're not used to breathing so deep. Try not to take toomuch air in but instead, dose it better, slower, so that you don't get totally full and yhan totally empty each time! Keep it nice and smooth, no much more than usually and very calm.

  • is it normal that after cca 2 minutes I´m dizzy?
