Not bad for a pivot user, but i recommend using sprites. Here i'll send some sprites to you.

Eh, the figures are well made, but the jutsus are... not well made... example... Neji's kaiten is... rllyyyyyyyyyy tiny...

Also... since when can Neji use "Shuriken kage bunshin no jutsu?"... he never has and probably never will as he usess the "air palm" (Hakke Kusho)...
