Thousands of protestors marched through the streets of New York to express their concerns with our financial system. They were all peaceful, but roughly 100 arrests were made. The mainstream media has yet to cover the occupation.

  • @owenish10 I pay for these people's welfare checks, housing, food stamps, college grants, and medical care so I have a right to bash every damn last one of them! They are WORTHLESS LEACHES!

  • End the war tax the rich ? what the fuck are these people on about, don't they understand how humans work millions of years of killing each other over food land power i think i would rather live in a free capitalist world than a muslim 12 century world thank you. wake up smell the coffee

not open of those people will go hungry after that rally they will all go to dinner or bars to discuss how clever they have been, "i was there man" fools

  • CONTINUE OCCUPY WALL STREET ON SPRING

  • @RyukoSan17 Al Qaeda hated Saddam Hussein, So no, you don't know what you are talking about. Hussein and Al Qaeda weren't working with each other.

We killed thousands of Al qaeda in Iraq and Afghanistan that otherwise would have been attacking us.

And no, that wasn't an answer to my question.

  • @jesseVenturanotaSeaI They wouldn't have had the tools to organize such a plot if the United States hadn't sent funds and weapons to Saddam Hussein back in the '70s. Also, for the record, we (as a country) played directly into Al Quaeda's hands by throwing a huge tantrum and starting TWO extremely expensive wars. They're laughing at us as we speak.

And to directly answer your question, "next time" (I doubt there will be one), I hope we have the sense NOT to repeat the same mistakes.

  • @heybulldog13 Oh yeah, because the banks giving out tons of loans now! I bet you think that toxic mortgages and predatory banking strategies are great for the economy.

  • @WhiteySavage1 Actually, ZERO Communist nations exist. There are plenty of totalitarian dictatorships, but the closest thing to socialism out there is probably the EU.

    Try again, Comrade.

  • @captainscallawag It's true, anybody want links? 'Cause I got 'em.

  • @spectrumVerX You're just reverting to this stupid charge that they're jealous of rich people, and ignoring the main reason they're protesting: that our democracy is being diminished because corporate America is able to buy influence to tilt the law in their favor. It's also about illegal behavior going unpunished.

  • @spectrumVerX You're saying they want to abolish private ownership of housing. What a crock. It's a diverse movement protesting a complex set of problems. There's all sorts of overlap in the agendas of the various groups and individuals involved. Even the relatively small number of socialists involved wouldn't even all agree on abolishing private ownership of housing. OWS is primarily concerned with cheating and plutocracy.
