GSP is one of my favorite UFC fighters. Incredible skill, endurance and strength goes into his fights as well as his workouts. This workout despite it's low reps and sets will leave you sweating and feeling like you have been through one round in a UFC fight. Of course I am exaggerating a bit. Having been in fights there is no comparison to the amount of stress your body goes through. The workout is efficient and solid. I would love to hear what you guys think.

It is suggested that you do this workout twice a week. I personally combined it with a three day workout split. Allowing me to hit muscle groups at different angles.

Intensity is important with this workout if you're using a weight that is too light you won't get anything from this workout. This is true for any type of workout with the exception of a cardio focused workout.

Make it harder-
Add a squat after both the clean and clean and press.
