Oh, okay. that's a good idea for the MOA parking lot. do planes land on what is post road next to? 12L? anymore? i've driven down there and haven't seen a plane land on that runway in years. but landing runways are based off wind right?

I go to the 5th floor at the mall of america parking ramp to get 17/35 and sometimes post road. Most of these were at a park in Mendota Hieghts.
