Edwards is not taking a dime from corporate lobbyists, and is the only candidate talking about foreign lobbyists, who influence our government into bad trade deals that send more and more jobs to other countries. he also is talking about how corporations are setting up their "headquarters" in other countries (like Halliburton in Dubai), so they don't have to pay taxes here, and the burden falls on working Americans.

save the middle class...that means raising taxes on the rich right?? what Edwards doesn't tell us is while Bush's imperfect cuts raised taxes on the top 2% of the country his would raise taxes on the top 73%...Mr. Edwards, how small is your "middle class"? is a man making 32 grand a year a fat cat?

Let's not lose sight of the % pay-offs creamed by the lawyers in these cases : this is not pro bono work! John Edwards has made well over $50-$100m dollars out of these settlements. To his credit, he has used that money for his political runs but....he is no low-paid public prosecutor.
