My latest short film made at University.

The film concerns an elderly man's final journey with his wife. Through his daily routine we see his inability to let go and we, as an audience, undertake the same emotional journey as he does as he slowly comes to terms with his loss.

I undertook the role of producer which involved mainly getting the actors and getting a shooting schedule/shot list etc together.

Director- Gemma Bourne
Producer- Georgia Benjamin
Cinematographer- Joe Berry
Editor- Charles Frakes
Sound recordist- Ben McFarlane
Sound editor- Daniel Jackson

  • Music chosen very well. Good acting, the man sounds like wallace from wallace and grommit! How long did this take to make and what critiscism were you given?

  • omg this actually wants to make me cry so good!

  • incredible :"(

  • very goog filming

  • i welled up in that last scene. Fantastic!

  • There are two movies that made me cry... The Straight Story and I Stand Alone. Last one I had to cry because of a trauma I don't want to talk about. So what I want to say is, if someone wants to make me cry with a movie, it has to be deeply emotional and touching. And this made me cry. I am going through a really hard time at the moment and this is just so wonderful. And sad. Thank you so much for this short film, I hope you continue doing things like this.

    Regards.

  • I practically cried as I watched this!

  • Really good film. How i wish i could be part of the productions too...oh well...god hates me too much to give me an opportunity..

  • really emotional

  • An incredible short film. Getting this same camera in ten days, I plan on making many short films myself. :D
