Judging by the way he pulled up sharp and it rolled over the way it did, that was failure of the elevator plus it was one serious tight curve at high speed he was pulling which probaly caused him to blackout. It continued down without any input into the controls whatsoever, also the engine was screaming its head off at full throttle still. It is automatic for the pilot to chop the throttle to at least reduce the speed in a situation like this. This was at full throttle so he was already out cold
